My Account Support

You need to navigate to My Accounts page and click My Subscriptions. From here you can modify all parts of your Subscription.

To put it on temporary on hold select “Suspend”, to change your payment method select “Change Payment”. You can also turn on and off your Auto renew as well as cancel your account.
