If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and StreamLegal.pro.

The Service provides on-demand and live streaming of legal content, including educational videos, expert discussions, and public legal proceedings. Access to some content may require a subscription or one-time payment. We strive to provide high-quality streams but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms. The Service may include links to third-party sites or services, which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.
4. User Content and Conduct
You may submit comments, feedback, or other content (“User Content”) through the Service, such as in forums or reviews. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.
You agree not to:

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, including pricing and duration, are detailed at checkout. Payments are processed via third-party providers, and you agree to their terms. All prices are in Canadian dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes, including HST.Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
7. Prohibited Activities
In addition to Section 4, you agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass access restrictions, such as geographic blocks on legal proceedings.
- Use the Service to stream or distribute pirated content.
- Engage in activities that could harm the Service’s infrastructure.
Violations may result in immediate termination of your access.

9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.StreamLegal.pro, our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
10. Indemnification Except where prohibited by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any resulting damages.
